Reading: Janz carries the most left-inflected vocabulary on council — "public not private benefit," naming REITs, refusing developer money, "resist privatization." And yet the load-bearing housing argument lands on "cost-effective solution to social disorder" — the same efficiency register as Knack. He brands as "independent," never socialist. The vocabulary is redistributive; the frame is management of disorder.
