Full-text search of the entire 2021–2025 council voting record — 8,412 motions, spanning 2021-10-26 to 2025-09-19 (i.e. the whole term through the last meeting before the Oct 2025 election) — returns zero motions whose title or motion text contains any of: ceasefire, cease-fire, Gaza, Palestin, Israel, genocide, apartheid, divest, BDS, solidarity.

The only near-hit on humanitarian is an unrelated item — "Al-Mustafa Academy and Humanitarian Society – Support with Outstanding Tax Balance (A. Salvador)," a local-society tax matter, nothing to do with the Middle East.

What this establishes (documented negative)

Unlike a number of other North American city councils (e.g. Montreal), Edmonton City Council never brought a Gaza ceasefire resolution to a recorded vote during the 2021–2025 term. There is therefore no Knack ceasefire vote — for or against — to point to. His posture on Gaza cannot be read off a council roll-call because the roll-call does not exist.
