Establishes that the ceasefire demand was loud and organized in Edmonton from Nov 2023 onward — yet it never became a council motion (see council-no-ceasefire-motion.md). The solidarity movement was extra-electoral: rallies, the campus encampment, community open letters, the National Council of Canadian Muslims. This is the "long live the [real] left" pattern the project names elsewhere — material solidarity organized outside the council chamber, while the elected body stayed silent on the question.
