EPS runs a confirmed drone / UAV program. Its origin traces to reporting on a single unit bought to establish blame in vehicle crashes.

Confirmed on hard reporting. The program grew to roughly a 10-drone fleet kitted with FLIR thermal imaging, spotlights, and megaphones. That first unit ran about $27,000 and was used to establish blame in vehicle crashes.

The fleet's full dollar value is undisclosed. We don't invent numbers, so the fleet enters the reconstruction at $0 by choice. The documented $27,000 covers only the origin unit, not the ten-drone total. That makes the drone program a clean FOIP target for the real fleet cost.
